As the world becomes more techno-centric, understanding and embracing what it means to be a human at work is more important than ever. Mindless automated task performance is no longer an option.
In addition, adults spend most of their waking time at or thinking about work. Extracting maximum developmental value from these work experiences will reduce the time spent on them by optimizing the time spent and positively impact all other life experiences as capabilities and attitudes transfer.
